Hello All,

 

Based on the problem description of each one I recommend you doing the following:

 

  1. Uninstall the current Driver and install the one below:

 

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3712&DwnldID=22842&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000&lang=eng

 

  1. Update the BIOS chipset in your computer.
  2. Make sure all other drivers in your system are up to date.

 

In the case that you are still getting the error message I recommend you contacting your computer system manufacturer. We as Intel ® provide the hardware to the system manufacturer and they will design and create the drivers specifically for their systems. Due to this, If the issue persists, please contact your system manufacturer and they will be able to provide this customize driver.
