You can find the information on how to reach the ADC by following this link http://www.malinov.com/Home/sergey-s-blog/intelgalileo-programminggpiofromlinux in the “Analog Input” subtitle. Using the cat command you can see the value of each gpio pin. I’ve added a screenshot on how it looks on my Gen 2 board.
